Best friends Emily & Laura founded The Graze Girls in 2019 to provide luxury grazing tables and platters throughout Kent & East Sussex believing that happiness lies in ‘great food and great company’.  The business grew quickly thanks to the quality of the ingredients, their meticulous attention to detail and beautiful presentation.

At the same time Emily made the decision to return to her career in finance Hugo had made the decision to return to his career passion - event catering.  


Hugo is delighted to be the new owner of The Graze Girls which provides the perfect solution for delivered effortless entertaining as an operating brand of Miller-Brown Fine Dining and Event Planning. 

  • The Graze Girls are committed to bringing you the best quality, locally sourced ingredients and artisan products.

  • Sourcing local cheesemakers whose cows are free to graze the lush meadows of Kent and Sussex. 

  • Running a sustainable business by using biodegradable/compostable packaging and tableware and working with carbon-neutral farms where possible.

  • Providing Grazing experiences to celebrate all occasions big or small.

We are members of the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS) and work closely with our local Environmental Health Officer to ensure the business is up to date current legislation.

Miller-Brown Consulting Ltd T/A Miller-Brown Private Dining & Event Catering and The Graze Girls is fully insured, registered with the local authority and enjoys a 5-star hygiene rating.


Meet Hugo

Earlier in his career our owner, Hugo Miller-Brown, would regularly manage teams of over 150 staff to deliver prestigious events for over 1,000 guests at globally renowned venues such as Grade 1 Listed, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, sporting arenas and Royal Palaces at private dinners, film premieres, balls, launches, sporting and society events across the United Kingdom, Europe and further afield. 

Having relocated to the beautiful Wealden village of Goudhurst in the garden of England surrounded by hop fields, orchards and forests Hugo decided to return to his roots, pursue his passion for food and launched Miller-Brown Fine Dining & Event Planning.
