READY TO SERVE - THE CREDENZA COLLECTION

The Credenza Collection is a selection of exquisite ready to eat buffet style main courses, sides and salads.

Each dish will serve 6-8 depending on appetite & serving size. 

 

We suggest a choice of 1 or 2 Mains plus a combination of 2-3 Sides or Salads.  If you offer a choice of main courses to your guests we suggest you order 50% more of each main course to make sure everyone is able to try everything.

 

These are delivered to you in fully sustainable food platter boxes either on large palm leaf platters ready to dress and serve

or ready to decant onto your own serve-ware and then garnish.

    THE CREDENZA COLLECTION - NOTES

    Please note that we have a 4 platter minimum order for The Credenza Collection menu. The boxes are constructed from kraft board with a PET window and are recyclable at kerbside and our palm leaf platters are compostable and biodegradable.  Our menus are all subect to availability of produce at time of production and at our discretion will swap out of stock for the closest available substitutes. Please also refer to our Terms below.

    ALLERGENS, INTOLERANCES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

    Please be aware that our food is prepared in a kitchen where all 14 regulated allergens and other known allergens (eg peas & legumes) are present.  Consequently, we cannot guarantee that products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies.  We understand the dangers to those affected by allergies so please speak to us to discuss how we may be able to help.
